Homeowner Assessment Fees for 2014 - The Board has declared an annual assessment fee of $250.00 for 2014. Assessment fee bills will be mailed to homeowners by January 25, 2014. If you have not received a bill by February 1, 2014, please use the "Contact Us" feature in this website to request a duplicate bill. Assessment fees are due by March 1, 2014. Any unpaid balances from prior years are also due at that time. If payment is not received by April 1, 2014, a $25 late payment penalty of $25 will be added to your assessment account. Assessment fees not paid by May 1, will result in your account being charged a 6 percent per annum interest charge. Online Assessment Fee Payments - Woodmore Highlands has established an Online Payment Program for Homeowners who want to pay their Assessment Fees with a major credit card. The Online Payment Program has been setup with PayPal which accepts credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. PayPal does charge a processing fee for each transaction that must be paid by the homeowner. Only registered website users can use this program. Homeowners who want more information on rates and instructions should click on “Link.”
Brick-Enclosed-Mailbox Project - In March 2011, the Woodmore Highlands Community adopted an architectural standard for houses to have brick-enclosed mailbox in order to help improve the esthetics of the community. Structural standards and building requirements are included in Architectural Control Guidelines, section 11 (o), page 13. All homeowners were mailed information on the brick-enclosed mailbox initative along with a questionnaire regarding timeframes for installing these structures. Click on "Information" for a copy of what was sent to homeowners and click on "Responses" for HOA replies to homeowner questions and concerns.
