Homeowner Assessment Fees for 2015 - The Board of Directors has set the 2015 annual assessment at $250. HOA assessment bills were mailed on January 28th. Homeowners who have not received their bills by January 30th, should contact the HOA via the "Contact Us" feature in this website. Assessment payments are due on March 1, 2015 and will incur a late fee if not received by March 15.

Board Members Assigned Areas - Board members have specific addresses to monitor with the objectives of (1)keeping residents informed about HOA activities and (2) being aware when houses are for sale, abandoned, or changing residents. Go Green Initiative - The HOA is strarting a program to reduce the amount of paper used and money spent on mailings to homeowners. To effective administer this program, the HOA needs to get authorizations from homeowners who agree to receive their correspondance, such as meeting notifications, assessment billings, and newsletter via email. Please click on the "Go Green Initiative form" complete this form and send to the HOA. Homeowners may attach the completed form to the email under "Contact Us."
