Special Assessment Teleconference Call -

The HOA Board has proposed having a special assessment for 2017 of $100 to support major enhancements to the community's  front entrance. On January 12th the Board invited homeowners to participate in a conference call so that Board members could answer any questions or concerns homeowners had about the front entrance renovations or the proposed special assessment.  A link to the recorded conference call was mailed out to registered homeowners.  if you did not receive the link and would like access to the recorded conference call, please use the Contact Us" message to request the link.

Also, please send in your proxies for the annual meeting and the special assessment proposal.  Copies of the proxies are available under the "Scheduled HOA Meetings" section on this webpage. To help ensure that enough proxies and attendees are available to achieve a quorum, the Board request that you send in the proxies even if you plan to attend the annual meeting. Homeowners who send in proxies and attend the meeting  have the option to withdraw their proxies at the Annual meeting.
