Special Assessment Teleconference Call -
The HOA Board has proposed having a special assessment for 2017 of $100 to support major enhancements to the community's front entrance. On January 12th the Board invited homeowners to participate in a conference call so that Board members could answer any questions or concerns homeowners had about the front entrance renovations or the proposed special assessment. A link to the recorded conference call was mailed out to registered homeowners. if you did not receive the link and would like access to the recorded conference call, please use the Contact Us" message to request the link.
Also, please send in your proxies for the annual meeting and the special assessment proposal. Copies of the proxies are available under the "Scheduled HOA Meetings" section on this webpage. To help ensure that enough proxies and attendees are available to achieve a quorum, the Board request that you send in the proxies even if you plan to attend the annual meeting. Homeowners who send in proxies and attend the meeting have the option to withdraw their proxies at the Annual meeting.
Homeowner Assessment Fees for 2016 - The Board of Directors has set the 2016 annual assessment at $250. All checks or money orders are payable to the "Woodmore Highlands HOA," and are addressed to:

Board Members Assigned Areas - Board members have specific addresses to monitor with the objectives of (1)keeping residents informed about HOA activities and (2) being aware when houses are for sale, abandoned, or changing residents. Click on HOA Board Assigned Areas to identify the Board member assigned to your location.
Go Green Initiative - The HOA is starting a program to reduce the amount of paper used and money spent on mailings to homeowners. To effective administer this program, the HOA needs to get authorizations from homeowners who agree to receive their correspondence, such as meeting notifications, assessment billings, and newsletter via email. Please click on the "Go Green Initiative form" complete this form and send to the HOA. Homeowners may attach the completed form to the email under "Contact Us."
