Homeowner Assessment Fees for 2014 -   The Board has declared an annual assessment fee of $250.00 for 2014. Assessment fee bills will be mailed to homeowners by January 25, 2014.  If you have not received a bill by February 1, 2014, please use the "Contact Us" feature in this website to request a duplicate bill.  Assessment fees are due by March 1, 2014.  Any unpaid balances from prior years are also due at that time.  If payment is not received by April 1, 2014, a $25 late payment penalty of $25 will be added to your assessment account. Assessment fees not paid by May 1, will result in your account being charged a 6 percent per annum interest charge.  If you have any questions, please use the "Contact Us" feature in this website to send your questions or comments.
