2024 Annual Assessment Increase
The annual assessments will increase to $335 in 2024.  This increase is per the reserve study results combined with the increase in expenses required to maintain the common areas in the community.  Details on the increase were discussed during the Board of Directors meeting held in August.
You can download a copy of the August presentation and the Reserve Study report from the 'Member Access' section of the website.  You must log onto the website to view and download a copy of the reports.
