2025 Scheduled HOA Meetings
The 2025 monthly HOA meetings will be virtual and will start at 6:30 pm. Links to the meetings will be emailed to the homeowners the Monday before the meeting.

Please plan to attend the in-person Annual Business Meeting on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 6:30pm. The ABM will be held at the:

Spring Curbside Inspections Update
The 2025 Spring Curbside Inspections have been completed for all homes in the community.
Please keep an eye on your email for your individual inspection report and any instructions regarding necessary steps to bring your property into compliance.

Download a copy of the Architectural Control Guidelines for information on the specific requirements for your alterations. If you have any questions contact the acc at ACC@woodmorehighlands.org.
Storing Trash & Recycle Receptacles
All trash and recycling containers must be stored out of sight on the resident’s property.
All refuse shall be placed at the curb for collection no earlier than 6pm on the evening before collection and shall be returned to their original location prior to 10pm the day of collection.
Failure to comply with this guideline may result in the homeowner being fined and being assessed a fine for each occurrence of non compliance after the initial fine.
