Barbarol Joel (BJ) James
April 17, 1947 - April 20, 2025
 
Barbarol Joel (BJ) James was born on April 17, 1947.
 
BJ gave generously of his time and talents to his community.  He contributed extensively to the Woodmore Highlands Homeowners Association, including as President in 2016 and as a long-serving member of the Architectural Control Committee.
His faith led him to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Holy Trinity Episcopal Day School and the Vestry of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
 
BJ and Brenda have lived in Woodmore Highlands for 28 years, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

2025 Annual Assessments
Homeowners,
 
Thank you for your patience while maintenance was performed on the HOA's system.  Assessments invoices will be emailed on or before March 8, 2025. 
  • Annual assessments are due by April 4, 2025.
  • Payments received after April 18, 2025, will be considered late.
  • The assessment amount remains at $335.
  • Payments can be made via Zelle, check or money order.

2025 Scheduled HOA Meetings
The 2025 monthly HOA meetings will be virtual and will start at 6:30 pm.  Links to the meetings will be emailed to the homeowners the Monday before the meeting.

Spring Curbside Inspections
Areas to be inspected include, but not limited to:
  • Lawn
  • Trees, shrubs, plants
  • Driveways and curbs
  • Mailboxes
  • Clear, visible house numbers
  • Siding is clean and free from mold and mildew
  • Shutters, Roofs, Garage Doors, Windows
  • Trash receptacles are properly stored
  • General appearance of the lot and home.

Do you have an exterior alternation for your home?  Don't forget to send the ACC an application for your modifications. Download a copy of the Architectural Control Guidelines for information on the specific requirements for your alterations.  If you have any questions contact the acc at ACC@woodmorehighlands.org
 
Storing Trash & Recycle Receptacles 
 
All trash and recycling containers must be stored out of sight on the resident’s property.
 
All refuse shall be placed at the curb for collection no earlier than 6pm on the evening before collection and shall be returned to their original location prior to 10pm the day of collection.
 
Failure to comply with this guideline may result in the homeowner being fined and being assessed a fine for each occurrence of non compliance after the initial fine.
