Women's History Month |

March is Women’s “Her-story” month. Women are being recognized for their contributions to entertainment, science, technology, sports, math and arts.
This Women’s History Month I want to recognize the phenomenal and extraordinary women in our community. We have attorneys, physicians, educators, engineers, business owners, activists, a retired judge, a principal, nurses, real estate agents, and women in the financial industry, just to name a few.
These women, in most cases, have raised their families while pursuing demanding and rewarding careers. They all have success stories to share on how they achieved their goals while overcoming the many obstacles and roadblocks, detouring when necessary to take the less traveled route. The lessons they learned along their journey have made them stronger, gave them a voice to speak truth, and allowed them to contribute and give back to the community.
We do not need to look far and wide to acknowledge and celebrate women during Women’s History Month. We have amazing Women in Woodmore Highlands!
